New AR1 form?

I was arranging a telephone appointment today to complete an AR1 form. I always double check it is actually an AR1 rather than a PIP2 by asking how many pages long it is? Today my client threw me by saying 36 pages. She says it has ‘award review’ form printed on the front. I have never seen either form this length. Is anyone aware of a change to the AR1 form?

I recall there was an announcement last year that the AR1 was going to be reviewed.

I got sight of this form today and mystery solved - it is just the large print version
