Hello,

Help before I complete GL24.

I completed DLA renewal form for client on High Mobility/Middle Rate Care, client in receipt of mobility for 19 years, suffers from Epilepsy and Asthma.

Both components withdrawn on renewal.

It is my understanding that in order to remove DLA Mobility they would have to prove that he did not meet criteria before 65th Birthday?

That’s not the case.

DLA have to show that your client no longer qualifies for the mobility component now because he has got better. DLA do not have to show nill entitlement from prior to 65. Send the GL24 ASAP.

Thanks, will do.
