RIght to reside - Self employment
Hi,
Does anyone have a copy of commissioner’s decision R(IS) 6/00? I can’t find it anywhere online. Trying to research the position re a client who has only recently started selling the big issue on a self employed basis and hasn’t made any money yet.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
