New Sweet and Maxwell

Hi all

Is the new Sweet and Maxwell annotated legislation set out yet? I ask because my CAB hasn’t got them yet (and we have always seemed to get them earlier than the Tribunal Service); but I had to ring up today to ask a highly abstruse question from a specialist support unit where I thought it was possible the legislation had been amended since the 2009-10 edition came out. (it had, and the result was good news for our client).

got our 2010/2011 editions back in sept 2010 .....

We got our 2010/11 versions in Sept 2010 too.
