You will find that the reality is that these were total, sweeping victories in which the tribunal praised and supported the DWP’s policy and efforts, and warned that any attempt to oppose it will lead to the destruction of the UK economy, widespread athlete’s foot and a plague of wombats.

As reported in Rightsnet case law [28/07/16] the Court of Appeal has ruled that the Dwp cannot restrict publication of the details of organisations hosting placements under certain workfare schemes.

The Benefits and Work website has provided the names of 534 companies/agencies that participated in the schemes until January 2012.
