The waiting days comes into force today

The Social Security (Waiting Days) Amendment Regulations 2014

Coming into force—27th October 2014

So if claim was prior to this the answer should be no

There are no waiting days at all if entitlement to JSA starts within 12 weeks of ESA ending.
