I am involved in an Upper Tribunal case relating to a right to reside for an economically inactive single mother from Spain. Judge Ward has located the above quoted case finding a right to reside based on a lack of proportionality.

And I cannot locate a copy.

Can anyone either let me know if they have one or point me in the right direction. The case is an early 09 and doesnt appear on current database.

Any help gratefully received

Problem is the non-standardised way cases are referred to by Upper Tribunal judges - and the non-standarised way they are listed on the UT website.

Try R(IS) 4/09, rather than 04/09 - it’s there. I’d link to it but am rubbish at that sort of thing….

edit: beaten to the punch….

thanks to all - sometimes the feeling of wood. . . trees and going to specsavers comes to mind.
