Intermittent earnings treated as averaged - any examples?

People who are in receipt of JSA have just £5 a week of earnings disregarded (unless in receipt of DLA/PIP).

I am advising an organisation that involves service users in policy decisions, many of whom are in receipt of JSA.

We wondered if any of you knew of an organisation that had obtained an agreement with Jobcentre Plus for payments of a retainer of £20 a month to certain named claimants to be disregarded?

The service user would be asked for three hours intermittent involvement advice and would promise to not let this interfere with their jobseeker’s contract.

Thanks folks
