Has anyone seen the DWP Decision Makers Guide for Jobcentre Plus staff on operating Universal Credit? This seems to be missing from the DWP web site.

There was a news story on rightsnet a few weeks ago with the link to the new guidance. I think this is what you’re looking for:

Quite large chunks of the ADM don’t seem to have emerged yet : notably chapters F1-F6 - does anyone know if/when these will be published?

Or the “Yellow books” (one at the desk of every section supervisor) - when decision makers actually referred to the legislation!

I still have the yellow, and brown books, but the S manual was the confidential one.  As for the A code….

Eureka - The ADM for UC has today 29th April added all the missing sections. Hope the JCP staff in Manchester can read fast.

Loving the concept “JCP staff in Manchester”.

Can someone provide empirical (as opposed to reported) evidence that any decision makers were finally trained up to make UC decisions and, if so, how many?

I got tired of waiting for them to produce a single file of guidance so I’ve done it myself.  I’ve pulled all the PDFs together and given them some structured bookmarks and it’s searchable.  If you’re interested you can download it from my blog at http://blog.cix.co.uk/gmorgan.
