Sadly I can’t make Neath, I’ll be heading in the other direction up to Leeds.
And will it only take 60 seconds to claim / administer / determine / for claimnts to understand / for advisers to explain to those few souls who won’t understand / resolve problems with a claim with DWP / for the UC IT system to fail?
