'Language Line has lost its contract to provide interpreting services to the DWP. A company called Big Word undercut Language Line to win the contract. Big Word starts providing the service in mid September. If you experience any problems with Big Word please contact Roger Pugh at the DWP at roger.pugh@dwp.gsi.gov.uk.'
