The Local Authority(LA) I work for is currently in the middle of a single status review of workers pay & grading. They are using the Greater London Provincial Council (GLPC) Scheme to evaluate jobs and assign them to job families and job roles. I was wondering if there are any LA WROs out there whose jobs have already been evaluated under this scheme. If so what job family and job roles were you placed in? Do you have any detailed information on how the schem works (scoring & weighting etc.) and how it was applied to WRO posts.
