Hello, can anyone help. we are introducing a concessionary garden scheme for our tenants who are elderly or disabled to assist with them maintaining their gardens to a decent standard.we are seeking to liaise with the local authority to see if they would pay HB for the service if tenant elible. we are aiming to ascertain that without the concessionary garden scheme, tenants would be unable to maintain the terms of the tenancy agreement so the service is essential and therefore the tenant has no option but to participate in the scheme.
has anyone had any experience of introducing this and do you have any tips for getting the charge rebateable. thanks
