have appeal regards client not informing she had claimed DLA on 3-10-2003 but informed them when DLA was awarded at tribunal on 14-9-2004, but inland revenue only backdating 3 months from 14-9-2004 and not back to 3-10-2003. is there any way of getting round regulation26 tax credits (claims and notifications)regulations 2002.
