'I'm working on a story tomorrow for channel five news, and thought it was a good idea to make contact with advice workers.
The story is in regards to a report compiled by the Independent Case Examiners, due to be published tommorrow, which highlights an increase in complaints to the Child Support Agency. I wondered if any discussion forum users might be able to put me in touch with a family / mother / father who have not been happy with the complaints procedure through Child Support.'
