I am pursuing several appeals at tribunal and commissioners on behalf of social landlords of supported housing schemes, on the interpretation of 'exempt accommodation'. There is a pending appeal at the commissioners on the issue of when the landlord provides some, but not all, of the support. It is apparently CH/4096/06 - does anyone know which local authority this concerns?

I have another hearing before Commissioner Turnbull on this issue at the beginning of March, and would be interested to talk to whoever is dealing with the above case, that was referred to in circular HB/CTB G1/2007.
