I have client on small amount of HB/ctb calculated on an award of wtc of approx £60 that it transpires should not have been paid for most of period because client has not worked for over 26 weeks. This will generate an o/p of wtc, but if this had not been paid would have been entitled to almost full hb/ctb.

I have an inkling that there is something stopping me getting the hb/ctb recalculated on correct income figure can anyone point me in the right direction
