can i recommend to everyone the article on tax credits overpayments in the link on the latest NAWRA conference. Everything seemed a lot clearer to me when I read it- still appallingly unjust of course but clearer!

When I tried to locate the tax credits article you mentioned via "NAWRA", google rather sweetly offered me the North American Whippet Racing Association. I'm assuming that tax credit overpayments would not be high up on their particular agenda. Please therefore say where I can find the article you referred to...

Also I refer you to www.cpag.org.uk: click on "latest on tax credits" for news of their request for an early day motion on an amnesty on tax credit overpayments for last year. personally i think that doesnt go far enough to sort out the anomolies and would welcome any ideas on what else could be done. (don't try CPAG through google you might get the Charlie Parker Acoustic Group or Christmas Pudding Annual Gorgefest)
