I have a tenant who has accepted foster care responsibilities for a 5 & 9 yr old. The foster care allowance is £95 pw for each child. While it is clear that she will have no entitlement to child benefit I am not quite sure whether to try for both tax credits as she may have an entitlement based on her current salary, any advances?
