I have a tenant who completed a Hb form in December with their advice worker, unfortunately the advice worker was then sick for two weeks so the Hb was delayed in total for 20 days.

is there any chance of backdating, or am i clutching at straws?????

up to 52 weeks backdating for good cause regulation 72 housing benefit regulations. Fault by the advice agency will count as good cause
