Same old story - severely disabled client now got all manner of aids and adaptations from Social Services which means DLA unit saying she can now cope so award only LRC. We consider award should be at least MRC (she also gets HRM).
I'm sure I've seen past postings on this site but for the life of me I can't find it. Can anyone help please.
