Relevant young person returning home Tue 20-Apr-04 11:20 AM
If a relevant young person ( aged under 19), in full time education returns to live with parent(s), Social Care Services still have a duty to the young person for six months, including an assessment of their financial needs. However, I can find nothing that would also prevent the parent from claiming CHB and CTC. Does anyone have any views on this? Have I missed anything? Thanks.
