Carer’s Allowance escalation
Hi,
Does anyone have an escalation contact for CA? have just been promised my third “urgent” escalation to a DM, the first of which went through on 16/10. No call-backs to either myself, or my client.
My Ukrainian client’s CA has been suspended since September as they mistakenly took her enquiry about the processing of a claim, to have been her notifying them that she had a break in caring! She speaks almost no English so I can’t understand why the agent took the call without an interpreter.
She completed the forms to confirm she didn’t stop caring in early Oct and we have been trying to get it back into payment since…
