UC self employed ‘report your earnings & expenses’ To Do screen shot
Can anyone provide a screen shot of this ‘to Do’ ?
Once it is completed it does not appear to remain accessible on the journal but a ‘report your income & expenses completed’ message is noted to the journal with a link to a details screen once the ‘To Do has been completed.
The background is that our client has to request the ‘To Do’ is added to his account every month via his work coach and any delay means his self-employed earnings are reported late causing havoc with his UC payments from AP to AP, overpayments etc. UC appear to accept there is an IT issue but unable / unwilling to resolve (will be referring to partnership team, MR, MP etc etc).
