Track my appeal
Hi
Might just be me, but not been able to access track my appeal for several appeals, it fails when get to the enter the postcode when appealed section, usually enter the clients postcode, on these occasions it is rejected, so used our organisation postcode, and not accepted.
What is also odd is that it says if you need to discuss this contact us, with a hyperlink that then does not work i.e. it does not open anything, even when right clicking the link and selecting open?
Any ideas/hints would be much appreciated.
I’ve had this a few times, but it’s always worked when I’ve tried again a day or two later.
We used to get a lot of these but it has been much better this last year. When we do get a link that doesn’t work we email HMCTS via the contactsscs email address and they normally refresh the link pretty quickly
