Are these geographical?
I ask because we’ve recently been told to send stuff to ESA16, which is Hanley according to that.
I think it’s whoever is your processing centre - here in Bristol it’s St Austell for ESA so that’s the one we would send to. If you processing centre is Hanley then that’s the one.

The ESA and PIP free addresses are still working well for us as of June 2023.

Do you have the Freepost address for ESA50’s? My client has lost her envelope and when I called the number on the letter, they had no idea!
I think that it varies depending on the claimant’s post code. You will probably just need to ring back and speak to someone else
