DWP have issued this interactive housing guide for people on UC - it has recently been updated to take account of the lack of housing costs for 18-21 year olds in full service.

Unfortunately it can’t go on gov.uk because they don’t like graphics!

trying to get my head round the removal of housing costs for 18-21 year olds.  Does anyone know what happens in the following circumstances for a 18-21 year old who:
Is on HB and migrates to UC due to change of circs
Is migrated to UC ( a while off I know)
Is on UC without HC and then becomes liable for rent
Also if someone is on ESA, fails WCA and appeals is there going to be any protection or will HC simply stop when client is on full conditionality until appeal resolved?
Thanks
