PIP and Driving
Hi
I seem to be getting a lot of Tribunals focussing on the client’s ability to drive, in relation to both components of PIP. It tends to be a negative i.e. you can drive therefore you need to no help with the DL activities.
Is there any case-law to back up my argument that just because someone can drive does not mean they can do the DL activities?
Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks
Adam
