CPAG to appeal to Supreme Court against today’s Court of Appeal judgment on two-child limit
CPAG has confirmed that the Court of Appeal has ruled against their challenge to the two-child limit and that they will be appealing to the Supreme Court.

Permission to appeal to Supreme Court has been granted in two-child limit case - a tweet from Tom Royston confirms that the Supreme Court has this week granted the claimants in SC & Ors permission to appeal- with a hearing probably some time next year.
NB - also now confirmed on the Supreme Court’s October to November permission to appeal results (page 2).

Judgement on this due to be handed-down next Friday.
