DWP User researchers would like your support in identifying customers, who are in receipt of State Pension, that are willing to participate in 1-2-1 interviews regarding:

DWP Research Opportunity – Pension Credit – Customer Participants Wanted

Our team and research

We are a team at DWP whose work focuses on Pension Credit, with our aim being to make applying for Pension Credit easier and accessible to all people who may be eligible. Our current work is focused on improving the online application process, and we are looking to conduct research with customers in order to get feedback on the design and content of the online application web pages.

Participants

We are looking to recruit 5 participants (customers) who are in receipt of a State Pension. Participants do not necessarily need to have applied for Pension Credit before.

Research sessions

The aim of the research sessions will be to get feedback on some changes we are planning to make to some of the Pension Credit online application web pages. These sessions will:

Be 1-to-1 feedback sessions lasting a maximum of 1 hour
Take place remotely via a Microsoft Teams video call
Take place from 16th-18th September 2024
Involve a participant sharing their screen during the session. However, if this is not possible for any reason, a workaround can be made possible if we are notified prior to the session.

Involvement in Research

All participants will be kept completely anonymous. Participants have the right to withdraw from the research at any time, before, during or after the research session takes place. Participants are under no obligation to answer any questions that they do not wish to.

We can offer a £25 Love2Shop voucher for any participant who completes a research session with us.
