No doubt many advisors are already aware of this resource, but do check out the Good Things Foundation if you have clients who need help to use or access the internet.

The National Databank may be of interest - where they gift data to people who can’t afford it ‘like a foodbank but for mobile data’. If you’re regularly supporting people who struggle to maintain an internet connection, you can also register as a member of National Digital Inclusion Network so you can give data to clients in need.
