Mixed age couple query

Hi can someone help me please?

A mixed age couple are currently claiming UC. No LCWRA element included in UC currently as ESA stopped prior to UC claim being made (gap of around 2 months). Pension age member of the couple was the lead ESA claimant and also receives PIP (enhanced daily living). Am I right in thinking that LCWRA should therefore be included in UC claim or will there be a 3 month wait for this and is a FIT note required?

shouldn’t need a fit note I don’t think
