tax credits appeal procedure
Wed 25-May-05 02:06 PM

thankfully i have never had to do a tax credit appeal, however my luck has run out!!! IR have dragged their feet on this case(it goes back to 11/2003!!!) and now i just want to lodge an appeal to TAS. is it just a case of writing in to IR and requesting appeal to TAS and of course outlining my arguments, or is there a specific way?

any help appreciated!

I've just lodged an appeal for a decision over 12 months old. It's taken this long to find out why IR feel the client has been overpaid!

Just completed the appeal form in the booklet giving reasons for the late appeal.

Just wait and see what happens now!
