Can anyone point me in the direction of any caselaw concerning students and the SDP. Client lives with daughter who is going away to university later in the year - is the daughter 'normally resident' at mum's house while she's away at uni (in which case no SDP for mum) or 'normally resident' at her uni accommodation. I've looked in Bonner and the 'handbook' but I can't seem to get a clear idea.

Very much going to turn on the specific facts of the case, I think. - ie will daughter be returning at the weekend? During holidays? Has she/will she be changing correspondence address? Will she be getting her own accommodation at uni (eg a rented flat) or will she be living in term-time only accommodation? Will she, in effect, be leaving home?
