Has anyone else in my area had recent email from the operations manager for debt pre-recovery processes at Debt Centre Manchester? She agrees past service hasn't been as it should and wants to try to iron out the problems and is trying to arrange a liason meeting with relevant organisations in the area. This can only be a good thing as they've been rather 'lacking' shall we say, in the majority of cases. If you're within shouting distance and are likely to come along to a meeting and so want her email address let me know. Alternatively if there've been any past meetings and you've attended, what's been the outcome?

Lynda Greenhalgh from Debt Management is happy for me to pass on her details. She's confirmed a liaison meeting is set up for 10am on 12th March at Anchorage 2 Salford Quays. Seems to be some problems. In my email it says to respond to the address I gave in my last post. However Robbo tried it and it wasn't working. I checked again and note it was sent from the one below which you'll note has a '1' after the last name.

Was this done to confuse ??
