We have a client who is an NRP he applied for a supersession which was granted before the date the new scheme came in. Subsequently the PWC applied (on suggestion by the CSA) for a departure direction for spousal contribution to Housing costs. The direction was applied for after the date the new sceme came in.
It is our reading of reg 15 of the Child Support (Transitional Provisions) Regs 2000 that this should have resulted in a conversion.
Does anyone have experience or information about this.
