Childs mobility component(high rate)stopped on renewal application.
Based on school evidence of child...."partaking in skipping, jumping etc during gym lesson".....I know there is a Commissioners decision clearly stating that activities within safe and controlled school enviroment should NOT have a bearing on the determination of the childs entitlement to the mobility component(in the case in question the commissioner was referring to the low rate mobility component).
Problem is I do not have details of the Commissioners decision.
Help would be most grateful. Appeal in 2 days so please treat as URGENT!!
