Sorry boys and girls rusty. Section 3(4) TCA stops WTC and CTC if change in circs for either partnership ending or beginning. Given that no longer IS premiums for kids so may not be claim for IS or HB who if at all anybody notifies CSA about potential claw back. No advantage to IR because maintenance disregarded for WTC purposes.
