Childcare disregard for hb & ctb Tue 15-Feb-05 11:55 AM
I have a client who recently had an operation. Not likely to return to work for several months yet. She is currently getting company sickpay and SSP due in few weeks. She has a current award for tax credits which include the childcare element. As the cost will be ongoing, when she notifies the LA of a change in circumstances do they still have to disregard her childcare cost from the assessment eventhough she will not physically be at work for several months?
