Hello, i am in Liverpool and have a client who is moving to West Bromwich. B70 postcode.

Her English is limited and i need help to find an advice agency that can take on her case. She is in reciept of means tested benefits and qualifies for legal help. She has appealed an IB decision, and is requesting a set aside as neither her social worker, representative (from another organisation) or her interpreter attended and the decision went against her.

I would like to find an advice agency that can assist her with the set aside. Please reply if your agency can assist and has a specialist who is prepared to take this on.
