man's fortnightly direct payment of IB/IS doesn't turn up in his bank account. next fortnight's payment also doesn't turn up.
his 2 phonecalls establish that there is no change to his award...wait and see fobbing off advice...
man pretty desperate, borrowing money etc, gets daughter to phone - he can't speak english, she's a kid...
was he offered an apology? no. an explanation? no. he was however, told they could not explain it.
was he offered an emergency payment over the counter? hahaha!
daughter was told to tell him to write in, explaining what he had been living on since his payments didn't turn up. (not that he can write, either!)
when challenged on this, they told us it's office policy because he has a high weekly benefit rate...
probably he was asking for it,,,
