Hi Rachel

It looks like ROA's are completely ignored - see CPAG page 1389 (Reg 19 Table 6 para 11(b) Tax Credits (Definition and Calculation of Income) Regs 2002)

You may be interested in a previous thread which covered the issue of claims for Tax Credits where a ROA was in payment.
