Got a client who has come in with annual review forms that should have been in by 31.07.08 and a letter from HMRC requesting repayment of her entitlement for 08/09 that has already been paid it totals £2530.72. I have completed the review forms for her and asked her to send them back pronto. What do you guys recommend as the best way forward to get the overpayment wiped out and for a renewal of the award for 08/09. There have been no hcanges in her circumstances, she just forgot aboput the annual review forms. Apologies for the basic question, but have not had a scenario like this before. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Cheers P
