I have a client who is a Cameroon passport holder. She is originally from Cameroon and has lived in the UK for 7 years. She married a EU national and started claiming working and child tax credit. She divorced in November 2004.Her solicitor has helped her apply for indefinite leave to remain. Would she still be entitled to tax credits and child benefit after divorcing her husband?
