LA state they will only use new tax credit figures from the second payment ie the one that will then carry on weekly.
They are refusing to recalc. benefit for the payment made on 6th April depsite the fact that the amount is more than £30 less than previous years award. It's only one weeks benefit but a significant drop
Any ideas?,can't find anything specific in regs, LA say that's what they do..

They should use the actual amount paid.
