Makerfield IS and faxes Mon 25-Feb-08 02:15 PM
Has anyone had problems with Makerfield income support not accepting faxes? We have been told that as they get too many faxes they will not deal with them unless they are sent for the attention of someone specific. When pushed they will not commit to explain what they will be doing with the faxes if not fao'd.
We have now complained to customer liaison, but it will help if others have experienced this too.
