We have had a couple of instances of losing Incap appeals with clients who suffer with Plantar Fasciitis, which we are reliably informed is a painful condition which affects one's foot. Consequently clients with this condition find it painful to walk any appreciable distance - but it appears difficult to convince Tribunals that if the claimant walks beyond a certain distance they incur severe discomfort and pain, which does not subside readily on resting ..........anyone been more successful with these ?
