cOUNCIL TAX DOWNBANDING Tue 24-Aug-04 01:01 PM
I was looking at a site recently that gave details of a case where the disabled person won out on his argument that a room in the house for his carer counted for downbanding as it could be accepted as a room required for the purposes of a disabled person.
Now I can't remember where I saw it and its sending me mad. Any guru's out there who cvan help out?
