Anaphylaxis and DLA lower rate mobility component Tue 03-May-05 02:23 PM
Hi
Anyone out there with any info re success for DLA Lower rate Mob and Anaphylaxis. Client going to tribunal with lower rate award of mob and care, tribunal previously adjourned before coming to us and warned to get more help and advice re law on mobility. Worried some implication award may be removed for mob.

What is the Allergy that the client actually suffers from? I have a case coming back from Comms to a new Tribunal where the client has a serious life threatening allergy to dairy products, and where we are seriously arguing for middle rate care - the argement for low care is not quite so strong - on what grounds did your client get low Mob before?
