We have a number of clients from Poland who claim child benefit as they have children living in Poland (although it would apply to any country in the EU I suppose). Clients can demonstrate that they pay the equivalent of CHB to support their children at home and they meet the other requirements ie: still in FTE, age etc. Children have never been UK residents. Apparently this is covered by EU regs? Does anyone know which ones.
